As today's data center generates more heat load, so has the need increased to deliver more cooling. Until now, only 25% open area perforated panels have been available. A limited capacity to deliver cold air can adversely affect your overheated equipment. The High-Flow floor tiles are available in 55% and 66% perforation models. to deliver over twice as much cool air in your cold aisle, exactly where your servers want it.
The Hi-Flow tiles are heavy duty 24" x 24" perforated steel floor panel that can adapt into virtually every access floor system ever made. The high perforation pattern delivers over TWICE the cold air flow of other perforated panels while maintaining the strength to support the same static load of the leading raised floor systems.
A self-retracting, easy-lift handle is built into every Hi-Flow tile, making it the simplest panel to lift and manage. One finger lifts the handle allowing convenient removal of the grate. A durable, epoxy white powder coat finish is standard on all tiles. It provides a long-wearing, corrosion-resistant finish to ensure years of outstanding service. The unique Quad Damper (patent pending) design “flexes” into place and easily throttles air flow up or down to help balance static pressure and for applications where full flow capacity is not required.
Corner Leveler Legs have top-side screwdriver adjustment that make it easy to achieve a perfect flush fit with adjacent floor panels. Z-Plate (patent pending) brackets extend the lateral reach of the levelers for a sure fit into wood core panel systems.
